What can you expect
As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first and last person a guest sees at the Michelin awarded Yamazato and Sazanka restaurant. Your main responsibilities include the following:
- welcoming your guests in a warm, approachable and professional manner;
- providing personalized service, aiming to create loyal guest;
- recognizing our regular guests and making them feel appreciated;
- taking care of incoming reservations, processing them accurately and efficiently in a discreet manner;
- providing guests with cloak assistance;
- responsible for an impeccable first and last impression to the guest upon arrival and departure.
What do we offer
- Contract: 7 months with the possibility of extending. We want you to stay!
- Salary: Group 3. Click HERE for the salary scale;
- Bonus: 1 week salary when the hotel reaches the budgeted GOP (Gross Operating Profit) and you get a successful yearend evaluation;
- 8% holiday allowance (pro rata);

What are we asking?
- You are guest orientated and have an eye for detail;
- You possess excellent communication skills;
- You have excellent knowledge of English (Dutch and Japanese is a plus);
- Flexibility with work schedules and a passion for guest satisfaction.
